Hi and welcome!
It's pretty typical that the last few percent of the drug needs to be tapered more slowly. Someone has posted a scientific reason for this, but I can't recall what it is.
What you are describing is clearly withdrawal, and you may have to consider backing up some and extending your timeline for finishing.
How long we're you on 30 mg of Cymbalta?

Oh wouldn't it be nice if we could go through the withdrawals and live with the doctors etcetera so that they could see first hand what we are going through and take them along for the fun ride.
What you are going through is not unusual at all for those final beads. You will find that you may need to go back up to the 10 and get yourself stable again then continue down but by only 1 or 2 beads. The final 5 beads should only be reduced by 1 bead at a time. No sense rushing the end only to throw yourself into withdrawals even if they usually don't last too long (any withdrawals is too long as far as I'm concerned).
I know that it is hard to believe that such a small dose can make that much difference but it does
Going from 10 to 5 reduced your dose by 50% and this is why the reaction. Your previous drops from 20 to 15 was only a 25% drop the 15 to 10 was a 33% drop which can be a little much so may be why you reacted to strongly to the 10 to 5.
Take care of you and be well

Welcome Andreia!
Yes, you have come to the right place! I received much help here as well, as I went cold turkey from 60mg - not a fun trip
I have been off for 16 months now, but still have occasional reminders of the withdrawal. I truly believe this is from the cold turkey drop - you are doing the sane thing by bead counting!
Just take your time (sure wish I had!) and be patient. You will make it!
Please keep us posted - we are all here for you!
