Wait a week or two, and if all is good, you bead count from 30. If not, you will need to go back to 60 and bead count from there.
As for the sexual problems, Fishinghat is the one to talk to. He suffered permanent damage from cymbalta in this area.

Hi JP, welcome.
I am in with Gail on using the bead counting method but I can not stress enough that the slower the better. Don't underestimate this withdrawal it can be very bad (about 30% of the time) so go slow and I mean slow.
As far as the sexual effects. Well for the majority, once the last few beads are taken things slowly return to 'normal' over a 3 month period. There is a small % that do suffer a loss of all or most of their sexual function. If there is no recovery within 3 months you would fall in that group. The condition is called Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD). Just me opinion but I would estimate around 10% suffer some degree of this. There is no treatment. If you have any questions please let me know.
I am sure there are a lot of things running through your mind and I would suggest you read some of the older posts as to what some of the people go through. We are here to help so keep us posted and don't be shy. No judgement here.
