I know that this is a cymbalta/duloxeting forum, but i wonder what drug to taper off next? I was thinking the vyvanse because it would be a shorter taper then the duloxetine. Also if i tapered off the vyvanse, since it is a powder i could use the 300ml and draw out 3ml a day taper program. what do you think?

My opinion is that you should keep Vyvanse. So that your ADHD doesn't get under control here.
I would opt for tapering real slow the Cymbalta, it can be a beast.

I really do not have an opinion on this. If you are trying to get off the meds then you will have to come off of both them eventually and it really doesn't matter which one first. As far as the method on the Vyvanse taper, sounds pretty good to me.
