My doctor prescribed me Cymbalta on 4 days ago and I've been taking 60mg daily since then. The side effects are proving to be worse than the depression, and I'm wondering if the withdrawl symptoms will be a problem after taking it for only 4 days.
Will there be withdrawl symptoms after only 4 days?

I'll give you the standard "be sure to talk to your doctor" line, because if you have a good and caring doctor, you will want to loop him in.
You may have some withdrawal effects, such as mild zapping, but I don't really know for sure. I wouldn't THINK you would have bad ones, but each of us is so different, and I would hate to say one way or the other.
If you are going to stop, it is a good idea to read the nutrition section, and be sure you are eating very healthy and staying hyrdrated. If you begin to notice symptoms of withdrawal, be sure to come back here and view some of the other posts, and know that this group will be here to help you through.
Good Luck!

Just be careful your doctor doesn't give you the "just wait it out and see how it goes, it takes time for this medication to work".
If it is making you feel terrible to start with, that seems like a good indication to stop. Please be safe.
Hope that you feel better soon. Let us know how you are doing.
