Can Someone Help Me With Legal Action?

Does anyone have any information from a legal standpoint that can help me? From the day I started (age 13, I'm now 24), I have scanned every single prescription into my computer. I had no clue the kind of hell I would be going through for months and months trying to get off this drug. I believe Eli Lilly is 100% responsible (or irresponsible, depending on how you look at it) for the hell I'm going through, and my hell could have easily been prevented with basic verbiage, full disclosure, and resources.
Any help would be appreciated. My job, friends, family, relationship, fitness, and nutrition have all been drastically effected in a very negative way. The worst part is this sense of not being able to care about anything in life. I'm not able to give any emotion into anything, because I simply can't. These are months that I will never be able to get back and do over, and every single day is simply a placeholder of time until my brain begins functioning normally. I am going to an acupuncturist, naturopath, and multiple doctors for help, but that doesn't get me back the months/years I've had taken away from me by this drug.
Thanks,
Shawn

Giving this drug to children of 13 or any age is serious child abuse.

Keep me updated on this class action thing you have going on. I am so irate at how many people are having issues and how much the drug is still being prescribed.

But to be on it for 10 years... that seems so wrong. Incredibly wrong! You're still young, you can get those years back. I know I'll be getting my 16 months back.

Shawn,I made a post earlier about the hell I was going through while trying to get off of Cymbalta. I've been on it 10 years, and every single aspect of my life is being severely effected by me trying to get off of the drug. My doctor has me on a 6 month program to ween off of it.

I have been on Cymbalta for 8-9 years. I was on 60 mg for most of that time, but for 2 or 3 of those years I was on 90mg. When I decided to quit taking Cymbalta, I was put on a twp week schedule. TWO WEEKS! I had no idea. When I began getting sick on week 2 of the weaning process, i called my neurologist. I called her 3 times over a 2 day span. No call back. Evidently, neither she NOR Eli Lilly care that I am now sick. I went to see my primary care physician, and she advised me to go on a more lengthy weaning process. I am suffering. However, I do not want to put more of that poison in my body. That's where I am now. As for the legal standpoint, I sent an email to the Deskin Law Firm. I am going through this major withdrawal, and yet I do not smoke, rarely drink, do not use illegal drugs. And yet here I am... addicted to a prescription drug taken at my neurologist's advice. I too am going to acupuncturist, and trying to help myself heal. Best of luck to you. Patti
