Hello There

Id like to firstly thank you for this amazing forum and all the support and advice you give. It's incredible.

My  last post I was getting pins and needles up my arms. After some blood test it appears I was low on iron, with some iron tablets I'm feeling a whole lot better.

I'm ready for tapering!

Could you please remind me again how to taper down from 30mg which I've been on for approximately 12 months?  I'm ready to do this.

The beads are tiny, I might need to buy a magnify glass.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Confused :-)

There is a whole detailed section on bead counting in our free ebook. This should really help get you started.

https://pdfhost.io/v...of_Contents.pdf

The section starts on page 483

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to let us know. We will be glad to help.

Not an uncommon practice but that is a higher dose of Zoloft than I usually see.

Are you going to try and wean off the Zoloft when you get stable?
