Chemist Warehouse. They can be tricky to find in store as it's not part of a range, but they'll be there somewhere. They're also available by mail order from their website. Just do a search for 'empty gelatine capsules' and they'll come up. Also handy to have those details if you go into the store and they don't know what you're talking about.
