HI. Just joined a few days ago. I have been off cymbalta completely for 3 weeks now. But, I can see the manic swings happening. I was on Cymbalta for depression (manic) have been on paxil, prozac and xanax. No prescription meds now, only the estradiol, but am trying to find a natural remedy for that. Any suggestions (not chemical from the pharmacy)on combating the manic moods?
