    tough time getting off Cymbalta

Posted 06 July 2010 - 03:57 PM

Hello my fellow withdrawal sufferers. I am writing today with good news, to tell you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel!! I am 19 days off of the 60 mg Cymbalta and the withdrawal symptoms seem to be going away little by little. I still can't eat much real food (very little at a time is how I can do the eating or I vomit), and I am still a little dizzy, but the rest of the symptoms seem to be waning day by day.
I am slowly becoming myself again and the mood swings are mellowing out, the brain zaps and crashes of sound are almost gone. I had so much energy today that I scrubbed my kitchen from top to bottom. I stayed awake all day for the first time in a while without badly needing a nap in the middle of my day and I had the patience to focus on some projects I have wanted to do but couldn't because of the anxiety and craziness I felt. I still have a way to go, but I really think I am beating this monster!!! I feel mentally and physically stromger than I have in years. I am gonna win this battle!!!
