- I have been completely off cymbalta for two weeks...and hate how I feel. I was looking for maybe natural remedy suggestions for the ringing/buzzing in ears/vertigo.

Okay. Horrendous headaches have been happening for me with the withdrawals...but today (first time to try it) I took two extra strength excedrin for the headache and the brain zaps have subsided also. You might try this. It has worked so far!
