Been on Cymbalta about 5 yrs, total of 10yrs on antidepressants. Currently working with doc to wean and looking for advice to deal with withdrawals. Also willing to share my experience with others.

I'm weaning from 30mg right now and find I'm experiencing a lot of the same side effects. Hang in there! 7 pills at 22yrs old does seem like a lot --given your age, unless you have some serious health problems.

I've been on anti depressants for 10 yrs (since I was 20). All my friends and family have always joked about my pill use too. I was on vacation earlier this year and was riding a shuttle bus to the hotel. 2 doc's were sitting behind me...they said "anyone who's on a series of long term meds obviously isn't an emotionally stable individual." This really bothered me, so I'm working my way off of them.
