That meant to say "Cured my Zaps in one night." My link This is the brainwave restoration sound that I listened to with headphones. After one full month of having brain zaps, with no sign of slowing down, I was at my wits end. I had just had enough. So I tried this and the next day they were 99% gone! Unbelievable! I had to do one or two more within the next couple of days because I got a couple of twinges of zaps. But it was like a miracle. I don't know if it will work with everyone. I would love for someone else to try it just to see if it really works. If so, it could help so many people. Please let me know what you think or if you try it. Good Luck, hope everyone is hanging in there :)

Very interesting. I didn't take the time to listen to all of it. It sounds just like what is in the background of some of the hypnosis stuff I listen to.
When I was actually in hypnosis we wore a kind of glasses that had flashing lights to the sounds, so it was very familiar to me. I have a lot of it on my ipod. I haven't had any brain zaps yet. I have dropped from 120mg to 54mg in just under 3 wks. When I was having so much trouble sleeping, I was listening to it over and over every night trying to fall asleep like I always had before when listening to it. I'd only sleep a couple of minutes at a time though. I haven't listened to it for at least a week, since I'm sleeping good and back in bed. I'd been trying to get some sleep in the livingroom since I started taking Cymbalta the last week of May.

I don't know when brain zaps start for most people. I'm glad you found something that works for you!

My zaps didn't start until I was done with my last does. I thought they would happen as I decreased, but that part was fine. I went through about a month of zaps before finding this brainwave stuff, and about 2 weeks of serious mood swings. I took kolonopin for anxiety as needed during that time, which definitely helped take the edge off. I'd really love to know if this helps anyone else. It felt like a miracle! lol. Good luck, I hope you don't even need the brainwave music!! But I have read that it is supposed to help with depression and all kinds of things. It seems to me that it's reconnecting the pathways that are off, or something like that. What do I know? :) Haha.
