    Trying to quit Cymbalta

This sounds a little shady... usually those lawyers are the ones who pray on unemployed people who they try to get to sue someone so that they (the lawyers) can make a quick buck.

I think a good way to check is to call a 'real' legal/law firm in the same city as the one that contacted you and ask about that other company. Get some other opinions from lawyers in the field.

The economy is slow.. they can probably find people like us on this site, google 'us', and then try to draw up some work.

I do HOPE though that the person that contacted you is a real lawyer. That would be awesome and amazing. Keep us all posted!!

Hey- I just found this response that a lawyer had written on someone's page who had a story similar to yours...

I am an attorney (criminal law), and I caution everyone about contacting the above linked law firm or any other firm who is advertising on the internet!! The most accomplished attorneys usually do not advertise. I am the first one to admit that some lawyers are just trying to make a quick buck off of people's suffering (and some of them could care less about the larger issues). The above linked attorney/firm may be excellent. Just use caution and common sense if you contact any attorney regarding your claims.

People should always research the attorney/firm before contacting them. The above linked site raises a huge red flag in my opinion because it asks for your personal information without revealing anything about the attorney/firm seeking your business!!

Please visit my other posting under "lawsuit" for updates regarding Cymbalta litigation.

I called this company and they only have 7 lawyers. The receptionist just kept asking me if I wanted to file a law suit. I was thinking we should contact Oprah, Dr. Oz, and Dr. Phil. They certainly have the money and power to back us. I have written all three twice. I wish everyone would write to them too.
