    Cold turkey off cymbalta

Hello all, new to this (or any) forum for that matter.

I'm into day 5 of quitting taking Cymbalta @ 60mg a day.

No nasty side affects yet....however, I am getting brain zaps where my hearing changes when I turn my head quickly. Not good for my profession (which I am armed at all times). Mood has been fairly stable, but when I dip, I get very dark and dislike the majority of the population of earth. I stay home those days. :)

My question: Would it help shorten the withdrawal period to start a liver or colon cleanse? Wouldn't it make me crash, or feel better faster and get this kick-back laden, poison out of my body.

I can't tell you what to do, but I know that my experience with these withdrawals have been a test of my strength and sanity.
We will survive to smile another day.
