Day 3 no cymbalta after being on it for about 18 months, other AD's for 6 years before that.

I'm on my first week after going from 60mg to 30 mg to nothing. I am dizzy, can't focus or concentrate, upset stomach, very moody, slightly nauseated, and not much appetite. I have been on Lexapro for several years and last year I was working for an a**hole that treated me like a dog all the time and one day we had it out and I left for a couple of days to calm down. I went straight to my doctor that day and told him what happened. He said let's add Cymbalta to your Lexapro and that should calm you down. Well it did. This guy could come up in my face and start cussing me out and I would just stand there and take it. Well that was because I was like a zombie thanks to the Cymbalta. Now I'm out of work due to the economic situation and will lose my insurance end of this month so I told my doctor the other day this and he said since you are away from that guy lets get you off the Cymbalta. Well here we are a week with no Cymbalta and I fell like HELL. I think these people should be sued for creating such a horrible product. I'm going to do some research while I'm out of work and see if there are any legal repercussions I can take against this company. It should be taken off the market. It is pure evil. It turns you into an emotionless zombie.

Hi Mike,

I was fortunate not to have any of the "zombie" effecta of cymbalta, although I can't say it had any real positive effect.
I did have chronic fatigue and ridiculous food cravings and weight gain which I link to cymbalta.

I would totally support any legal action taken against the producers of this drug, not because of it's effects but because of the withdrawal.
I cannot believe how bad I feel, and my experiences are not close to the worst I've read about.

Anywayn just my two cents worth.
