Cymbalta has been associated with suicidal behavior since Traci Johnson, a healthy volunteer involved in a trial at Eli Lilly's clinic at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, killed herself in one of the clinics showers. Johnson, who did not suffer from depression, was taken off the drug and given a placebo four days before she hung herself in one of the clinic's showers on February 7, 2004. Johnson was the fifth patient to commit suicide after taking Cymbalta in clinical trials. After her death one-fifth of the volunteers have quit the Cymbalta trial

My purpose for coming here is to at least let people know they are not alone. None of us are doctors, (I don't think) and all we can do is tell our story and hopefully keep people new to the withdrawal process grounded while it is at it's worst.

I find it really sad and frustrating that our FDA is in bed with these companies.
I was talking to a formaer pharmsist yesterday and she quit because she said it was all wrong, that westrn medacine is run by the drug companies.
Think about doctors and what they really do, very few fix the problem. There are a few Doctors that are trying to but they are few and the establishment is saying they are nuts!
Sad Sad Sad
