To try to make a difference.

I have been taking Cymbalta for several years and now need to stop taking it. We have recently lost our insurance and I can't afford to take it without. I am on 60mg a day. I have been through the withdrawals before and know that it is HELL. Can anyone give me advice on how to wean myself off? I only have 14 pills left, so I know I am going to have to wean off pretty quickly. Thanks to anyone that can help.

I would suggest you call your doctor and ask for enough samples to wean off correctly. If no help then call Eli Lilly and try to get it from them free. Hospitals also offer programs for low income.
I suggest you know the financial limits before you fill out paperwork, you don't want to miss the cutoff by a couple hundred dollars.

Since you have been on the drug for so long I would not try to wean without more pills. Your brain needs time to adjust.
