I have taken the drug for 5 years. I gained 52lbs and started having insulin and high sugar problems (with no family history of diabetes). I started a diabetic pill, which allow me to have normal sugar levels. I started weaning very slowly 8 months ago, now that I am at lower dosages, my sugar levels are again rising. I would like to know if anybody else has had increased sugar levels, when weaning or stopping the pill, or having other symptoms such as extreme hunger, thirst and urinate frequently. If you had any of these, did it get better with time????
