Is there really much difference in the Omega 3 brands?
Seems like each has there unique spin on why they are better.
Any thoughts? :?:

I guess I don't know for sure, but I know that the brand I use has a good reputation, it is pharmaceutical grade, and molecularly distilled, and is also 3rd party tested. There are also no detected levels of heavy metals, dioxins or PCB's. (Most of this of course if from the bottle) I have read general information about supplements, that talks about varying levels of quality, and my health food store did recommend the brand I'm using.

I have been taking Udo's Ultimate Blend. It is Omega 3-6-9 balanced opil and is unbelieveable great. Get it at health food stores.
Mix it with salad or veggies. I take 3 tbls a day.
It is the best blend of all three oils and non fish too.

I use Ultimate Omega. It is a liquid and the highest ratings of EPA and DHA that I've ever seen.

I take 2 teaspoons in the morning before my fruit or vegetable smoothie.

A few years ago my Cardiologist suggested I take 3000 mg of Omega-3 fish oil a day. What he said to look for is the mg of EPA and DHA and take how ever many liqi-jell pills that would meet the 3000 mg.

The Ultimate Omega has the following in 1 teaspoon:
Omega-3
EPA 1626 mg
DHA 1126 mg
Omega9 140 mg -
Other Omega-3 450 mg

Not only is Omega-3's good for your cholesterol and triglycerides it is good for mental wellness.

I have found the most success with a good balanced Omega 3 and Omega 6. I use the ML supplements for this - but I take more than the recommended 2 per day - I take 6 per day and more if I am having shocks. https://store.maximi...sp?idproduct=97
PS - I am not a max living person - just like their supplements...
