Has anyone tried any of the body detoxifiers, especially those made for detoxifiers for prescription drugs...........such as Cymbalta? Would really like any and all feedback as I am thinking I may try this. I'm so sick today from the prescription pain killers that I don't even want to take these anymore...

HELP HELP HELP

Went into my health food store and got good advice. Came home did some research on my own, went back to health food store and got a detoxifier. I'm going to give it shot. It isn't all that harsh as so many people (including myself) think or thought.

Also, here is a terrific article on something else that very well may help with body aches and pain. And all it is is a good soak in an epsom salt bath.

Going to go soak now as I am not doing that great today. Very still and soar and don't want to take a pain pill, anyway not yet.

Hello and I know this may be late in coming but any information is better late than never. If the pain meds you were taking are an opiate based drug then you can ask a doctor for help.... even if they were not prescribed for you.... . They do make a drug that is prescription only just for the relief of the many side effects of opiate withdrawals. I have gone through the cold turkey from morphine withdrawls and you can expect about two to three weeks of liquids being dispersed from your body from every orifice, every joint in your body aching, sweating and even smells that you have never smelt before that won't seem to go away... but the great news is that all of these will subside and you will get back to a place of fun, laughter and normalcy. I went outside after a week feeling terribl and saw people laughing and having fun and wondered if I would ever feel that way again. I have been free for over a year and have never felt better. You can do this just look forward to the other side of the addiction....to a great life... good luck and may God help you in all your en devours.

Actually, no, I'm not withdrawing from pain killers. Just the evil Cymbalta. No what I was talking about was a whole body detoxifier.........gets all of the impurities out of your body. And all it is is simply taking a packet of various herbal supplements of which each cleanses a different part of your body-blood, kidneys, liver, etc etc. You take 3 packets a day for 14 days. I found it on line at www.michealshealth.com and at my health food store.

Hey Mary,
Silly me, I took the Whole Body Cleanse WHILE TAKING THE CYMBALTA around the first week of March, and I hit rock bottom and could not figure out why, but it cleansed out the Cymbalta. I have had no experience with it since not having the Cymbalta, sorry. I am afraid to take anything anymore. Even the St. Johns Wort gave me an unpleasant reaction of shortness of breath and some anxiety. I tend to get alot of UTI's. I found out at the health food store, certain kinds of stress can cause a UTI. I do have a kidney cleanse but I am afraid my body just cant take much more. Not right now.

Has anyone heard of the Midwest Center? www.stresscenter.com I think that is the website. I was at a low point, heard on the radio to call this number to attack depression and anxiety. I called the number, 14.95 for shipping and handling, right at 70 dollars a month for the next 8 months. I returned the item without opening it, because I decided I was afraid to pay that kind of money and it be no help to me at all. I feel like everything out there right now is a gimic or a conspiracy. They sent me a months supply of herbal supplements, to keep for free, and if I like them I can pay for them each month, I just cant remember what the payment is. The supplements are called Good Days. They have L-Theonine, Magnolica Bark Exstract, 5-HTP, Panax Ginseng, and Rhodiola Rosea in it. I will reread some of your responses in regards to supplements but I did not know if any of you had heard of this program or tried it.

I will look into that, and yea it does. I thought the 5-HTP was something I had heard on this website but it may have been something I heard while watching NASCAR.
