I am a paralegal. Unfortunately, the lawfirm i work for does not handle product cases. However, i am looking into starting a class action suit with another attorney. What i need is to hear from people who have actual medical documentation of life threatening or long term damaging side effects and/or withdrawal symptoms specifically as a result of taking or stopping taking Cymbalta. Please contact me here. Even in the event that you are not interested in settlement money, please respond. The main goal here is to take Cymbalta off the market so that it can't ruin anyone else's life.

I had a medical team come to my home after a suicide attempt (they were called by my family). I refused to be transported to the hospital though. There will be a police report or some such thing on file, but other than that I have no medical documentation for my withdrawal symptoms, only the emotional scars that I hope will disappear over time.

The above site raises a huge red flag in my opinion because it asks for your personal information without revealing anything about who is seeking your personal info!! No one should ever provide personal info via the internet, phone, etc. unless they know who they are providing the info to. The above site does not even reveal the attorney/firm's name! Always research an attorney/firm before contacting them.

I am an attorney (criminal law), and I caution everyone about contacting the above linked law firm or any other firm who is advertising on the internet!! The most accomplished attorneys usually do not advertise. Some lawyers are just trying to make a quick buck off of people's suffering, and those lawyers will not do what is in your long term best interest if they can make the quick buck!! The above linked attorney/firm may be excellent, I have no idea who they are (since they don't reveal that on their front page). I do believe that we all deserve compensation from Eli Lilly, just use caution and common sense if you contact any attorney regarding your claims.

Please visit my thread "Lawsuit" on the "Cymbalta In The News" forum for updates regarding Cymbalta litigation.
