Yeah, its normal, well, normal for someone coming off this crap. Im sure just about everyone here has felt completely out of control at some point or another. Just hang in there. If things get serious, and by serious i mean homicidal and/or suicidal thoughts that you are considering acting on, contact a suicide hotline (www.suicidehotlines.com/ Call 1-800-SUICIDE / 1-800-784-2433; Call 1-800-273-TALK / 1-800-273-8255) , someone you trust, or 911.
