It is three months since my last post and I want to encourage all of you who are not clinically depressed to get off this medication and all other mind altering prescriptions.  My life has turned around completely since getting off Cymbalta and if I can do this, you can do this.  Please read the thread.  Make a decision to take care of yourself and take responsibility for your own mental and physical health.   You are stronger and more in control than you give yourself credit for.  Ask for help from our Lord and He will guide you through this.

Millions of people were not meant to be on depression medication.  It is a racket.  Clean it out of your system, eat healthy, exercise and extend yourself out to others and you'll be pleasantly surprised that the person you always were will return to  not only you but your loved ones.

There is no doctor that tells you to count beads out of a pill.  No offense to the posts that suggest this but c'mon. Make a decision to wean off and do it.  Not over 6 months or a year.  This is not cocaine.  Yes it is going to be rough but push through it and you will come out the other side.  I promise.  With God all things are possible.
