My rheumatologist suggested trying Cymbalta for pain relief several years ago because I suffer from Fibromyalgia. I didn't realize how much it was helping me for "pain" until I missed a few doses. This was long before it was approved for painrelief folks! It really works for PAIN. However, last week I somehow managed to forget to include my Cymbalta in my pill-box and couldn't figure out why my head and ears were "whooshing". I've done it before and the ear ringing (tinitis), vertigo, and overall crappy feeling is temporary. This is a much better drug than others I have tried - FOR ME. Remember, everyone has different needs and it is important to find what works best for YOU. Take it slow and pay attention to your mind and body. *** Many doctors do not understand the withdrawl symptoms because they have not actually experienced it for themselves. Wish you all good living...
