I haven't and wished I had. It's a GREAT idea! We tend to forget some withdrawal symptoms and what we've gone through medically. I think it would really help ourselves AND others. Your fellow sufferer, SuzyQ

I have been keeping track - I guess you could say it's a journal of sorts (very rough). I mark down my dosage, my omega 3 supplements, my coffee intake, my general dizziness (brain zaps I believe they're being called). I haven't been marking it down, but I'm also jittery and feel like I have the chills at times. I haven't taken any cymbalta at all now for 4 days (the longest). It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow since I started weaning.

Since I have chronic pain, and occasionally keep track of that, I started doing it with the cymbalta weaning right away. I do think I should be journaling my "behavior", emotions, etc. GREAT Idea for all. Thank you.
