I am the victim of Cymbalta withdrawals. I am hoping to find a network of support and information regarding this. And to help others that are experiencing the same.

I asked every Holistic specialist I knew for help as soon as I started experiencing my withdrawal symptoms. I thought if I could just purge the poison out of my system faster the better. They suggested soaking in "detox baths". 1 cup epsom salts 1 cup baking soda and ESSENTIAL Lavender. I took a long detox bath every day along with adding Fish Oil, Vit B Complex and Vit D. They also suggested drinking 100% Cranberry Juice to help the kidneys, along with mega amounts of water with fresh lemon.
One specialists warned NOT to try detoxing too fast as she was afraid it would cause further harm to my organs. Slow is best.
Hope this helps someone.

love the bath idea... kill two birds with one stone!! help to detox, calm and relax yourself AND get bathed at same time...you know how it is when the fatigue is so bad it's hard to get the gumption to drag yourself into the shower!? epsom salts, baking soda - I have these. So, while I am out getting my copy of Whitaker's book, umm, its called...IDK, "epidemic" is in the title... oh damn, cant think of it...anyways, while out to get my book I will find out where to get ESSENTIAL Lavendar so I can try your detox bath. It sounds wonderful!

I'll check back and let you know what I think.

Thanx again,
Neveragin
