Hi All you inspiring friends,

Having read your comments i was compelled to join.

Me:
A professional Agricultural Consultant, 44yo, male

History:
SSRI's for 30 months Cymbalta for 14 months, currently cymbalta 30mg (down from 60mg 8 weeks ago)coping alright although need to 'clean up' and breakfree.
Since taking Cymbalta I have lost too many clients, told I was vague, dis-associated, not following up, disagreeable and 'off target'.

Enough is enough!
Currently spending capital to live and lost my 'mojo'.

Decided i need to find me again.

So weaning time started 2 weeks ago by taking 30mg every two days. Have had cold feet when needing to 'perform' so taking 30mg tabs on those days.

I have a conference in three days and need to be alert and responsive.

Can you feel my anxiety at the moment!

Doctors advice:

Stop immediately the cymbalta, see how i go for a month. if I am feeling depressed start taking 'avanza'.

I do not want to change again and want to try a natural approach.

Will try the counting method -1mg/day for thirty days.

Any other suggestions from you lovely people would be very welcomed.

I will keep you posted on progress.

Love and Light to all,

Here I go!

David.

Hi David.

Good choice. Stay strong & determined & you will stay off it.

People are probably sick of me playing advocate for a natural remedy I had recommended to me - but I believe it works. Omega 3, 6, 9. My saviour anyway. It helps make you more alert, lessens the aggression (& was I nasty) & just adds the essential oils your body needs to exist. It takes a week or so to kick in but it's it worth it.

The support on this forum is awesome when you feel like 'it's all too much'. Just to know there's others out there who understand is very comforting.

Good luck to you 
