Thanks for all of the postings. I feel a lot better today. Brain zaps weren't has bad. My back really hurts though. My energy level has been at the highest in 2 yrs. I feel motivated to do more things. I planted a garden in my backyard then went and played softball.
Things I'm on or doing that helps me with the withdraw.
Benadryl at night help to sleep
Fish oil
B 12
Lots of water all day
Exercise. Sweating feels good.
I going to shake this monkey off my back..
FYI. I tryed to go from 60mg to 30mg for a month. It seemed to be worse. It just prolonged the pain. So I went back to 60mg for 8 months. Now I'm doing this cool turkey.
