If you think that it's helping it probably IS helping. That's the PLACEBO EFFECT.
While we are withdrawing from $ymbalt why not make the placebo effect work for us?

Try an herbal remedy. It's likely to just as much good as any prescription antidepressant WITHOUT the side effects and high cost.
