I am so totally scared to go from 60mg, even 1 mg a day or week. People are getting bad symptoms either path they take.
So I get on the internet to try to find out what is going on when we decrease the C. Prozac helps because it is providing the person with serotonin.
Of course, I am trying to find that miracle withdrawal aid in a bottle so I don't have to go through side effects.

I found that maybe adding the following might help to decrease the side affects.
GABA + niacin = calming effect ( who knows how much)
thiamine (B)(In fact a good dose of all the B wouldn't hurt)
glutamate - needed for memory and learning
choline precursor for Acetylcholice - you can get this from eggs and leithin.

finding a 5-th to start increasing to reduce the depression affects

I couldn't find anything to help with the nausea or dizziness

The whole process of serotonin is so complex. No wonder when you stop taking this drug your whole CNS is going crazy.
Has anyone tried these supplements and if they did how much worked.
Serotonin has controls the thermal in your body so there goes your temperature all over the place.

Any thoughts?
