Here is my story. I have been on Cymbalta 60mg for 13 years. Prescribed for anxiety that stemmed from my mother going thru cancer treatments and I being here main caregiver. I stayed on it since I felt better even after she had went into remission. 2 divorces later and many years of ups and downs I went off it for a few weeks (aug 2011)cold turkey due to no ins and no money. Cost here is about $180 for 30 days. I went back on when I was able to borrow money. Then 4 months later (dec 2011)I had to go off it again for a month due to money issues again. I wish I had known about this site back then. I never knew the dizziness, nausea, and motion sickness was a withdrawel. I am on day 2 of cold turkey again. Never going back to it. I had crazy nightmares, increased anxiety, PMS, mood swings, sleepless nights and more over the last year. I lost my job due to what I thought was flus and kidney stones. I think they were withdrawel symptoms that kept going until my meds levels had got back up in my system. I hate to think that I am going to go thru all of that again. But being on the meds have ruined my relationships and made me not myself for way too long. Please say a prayer for me as I say a prayer for all of you out there going thru your journey of withdrawels too.
