I finally found a doctor who understands and wants to help me wean...

Started the "process" with her close directions by starting to wean up on prozac and stay on cymbalta while I was doing so

Next week is the week to start the wean down process with the cymbalta.

This is my third time trying.... so I pretty much know what I may start to feel.

So, what happens? I get a letter in the mail. She is leaving the practice!!!!

I can't win for losing

:(

I recently weaned off Cymbalta, after using it for 2 years for depression. The depression is gone, but now I'm in the withdrawal horrors

ah no! Still, she started the ball rolling so maybe someone else at the practice will continue her protocol? XX

At least you know how some of the rest of us are doing it and that you're not crazy. That should help in finding a sympathetic doc.

Why do these idiot doctors continue to try to substitute one poison for another?? DO NOT go above 10 mgs of prozac or you will be fighting to get off of that POISON too!!!!
