Hello,
I just bought this book for my loved one. I'm familiar with some natural remedies and I hope this book brings some relief. Can't believe this drug is legal. It's the same addictive qualities as street drugs. Never again will there be an antidepressant bottle in our home!

I know. I am battling with this each day since march 2012...I have absolutely no regrets in quitting Cymbalta. My true real self is slowly emerging from within and I have lost 30 lbs!!! I have my taste buds back. I have my body back. But I am still struggling in getting my brain back. I am doing transcranial magnetic stimulation and I am still having to continue the treatments for addtl few weeks....because I am still depressed and have anxiety. This was not how I was before Cymbalta!! This book has helped me to remind myself that I or many others may not be truly done with the withdrawal process as quickly as we thought. I hope I get my life back.

The books are

Recovery & Renewal by Bliss Johns,
Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal by Peter R. Breggin, MD
The Road Back - but I don't have the author's name for this one

I hope I can get them online

Take care of you

Nancy
