Just a quick question before I head for GNC.

What's the side effect of 5HTP and L-Tyrosine (if there is any)???

I am taking a good brand Vitamin Mega, shall I take extra B-12?

You should not usually get headaches on these but every patient is unique in how his/her body reacts to the chemicals. More B12 shouldn't hurt - you can even get it in a spray form which you squirt under your tongue. This is a very fast way to absorb vitamin B12.

Hi folks, I am trying to quit cymbalta and have heard tonnes of great reports about 5 http and l tyrosine. Does anyone know what dosage you should take taking and if u need to take any other supplements with them?
