Seriously....like vitamins or something organic I can try? It's been weeks and I'm not sure how much longer I can deal with this!

If you look over on http://www.whatwinne... ... -symptoms/ forum there are a lot of suggestions. Actually, someone just recommend Yogi detox tea to me tonight. She said that the last 2 or 3 days she has experienced some major relief, after using about a week. Hope that helps. Also Omega-3 and 6 (fish and flaxseed oil) and Super B complex seem to help some people. I take it, but don't really know if it is helping. I have taken them daily for a week at a time and then have skipped a few days to see if I notice any difference, I don't seem to. I still take them though, at least five times a week. Good Luck and keep posting. Thanks

My withdrawal side effects are starting to lessen -- had palpitations, disequilibrium, and strange dreams. I went to a website theroadbackcom and started taking supplements such as omega-3 fatty acids, lecithin, chlorophyll. Also, I eat organic, whole foods and stay away from processed junk and sugar. Good luck!

When I had major surgery, friends told me about The Healing Diet. It's not a big deal. In a nutshell, it's eating a vegetable and fruit-based diet with lean protein. In particular, for reasons too long to explain, they recommend fresh pineapple, fresh greens(even cilantro and parsley), salmon, and lemon juice in tea or water whenever you can. These are all especially cleansing.

Take lots of fish oil and vitamin C. Lots of water, not pop.

Avoid rich meats, animal fats, sauces, etc. You know, the stuff you're supposed to avoid anyway.

I'm roughly trying this while I detox. However, I also seem to taste food more than when I was on Cymbalta, so I'm kind of overeating. And I'm going to the bathroom a lot. Don't know if that's the diet or the lack of Cymbalta. I haven't had any brain zaps or the shaking, sweating, etc. others have had. Maybe this diet is why, who knows?

If you want more details, you could actually google The Healing Diet or even surgery recovery to see if there's more.
