Does anyone know what type of exercise is best for depression. I am going to go the gym this morning. Probably just do some light weights, a little time on the treadmill and relax in the tanning bed. What have you found works best. Heavy heavy weights, cardio, stretching, yoga or whatever. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. MOK
