I had been taking Paxil for many years and just switched to Cymbalta. I have been off the paxil weaned for 25 days and had taken cymbalta 30 mg for 6 weeks felt great for about 3 weeks, Then I went to 60 mg for 18 days and feel depressed anxious. My psych told me yesterday to go to 120 and I did today. She also upped my lozapam to 1 mg 2x a day. I,m very disappointed in this lull and wonder if I should wean off it entirely. I don't know if the 18 days off the paxil is affecting me or it the cymbalta 60 mg is too strong. I have depression and neuropathy. I have tried prozac, zoloft, wellbutrin, and decipramine. The paxil makes me groggy alittle but the calmness is what I needed and still need all those years. It is an ssri and cymbalta is a snri. I've felt panicky on SNRI before. Any suggestions. Patches
