Hello.
My therapist suggested that I try 5-HTP in order to boost my serotonin. On the bottle it says "Natural Griffonia Bean Extract, precursor to serotonin". Even though it is natural, I am hesitant to try it because I don't want ANYTHING messing with my serotonin right now. But maybe I need to be more open to this option. Has anyone tried it?
