I know this is probably a repeat thread, but since everyone is different I thought I'd ask specific opinions on my situation...

21 yr old female. Been on Cymbalta 60 mg 3 years for anxiety. Basically Im sick of it. Sick of taking it every day, being dependent on it, sick of sexual side effects, teeth grinding side effect, and weight gain. I feel like my anxiety was never bad enough to warrant such a strong drug, I should have stuck with an SSRI. The main reason my psychiatrist recommended it was because i had side effects with the other SSRIs. Now I feel like Ive gotten into something that will be hard to escape from.

I dont know if my panic attacks will return, but I'm in a position where I wont have access to any sort of SSRI prescription or even to an English speaking doctor. Should I be expecting severe reactions when I go off it? Which are the most common? And most importantly, which will trigger panic attacks...my biggest fear?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.
