I've been having similar symptoms. I was only taking 60mg for about 3 months before it stopped working. I was relatively successful at managing the problems that the Cymbalta was trying to fix, so I decided to stop taking it. My Dr said I could quite cold-turkey, so that's what I did. The withdrawal symptoms started the next day were very bad, so I started weaning off. Another month of 30mg daily, followed by 30mg every other day. It's now been almost six months since starting weaning off, and I still get withdrawal symptoms after about 36 hours. My symptoms are: can't concentrate, brain-zaps, sweating, can't regulate my body temperature, ringing in the ears, mouth and tongue tingling, etc. The worst is the brain-zaps, which comes with dizziness, blurred vision, loss of depth perception, etc. The brain-zaps are temporary, it only lasts for a few seconds, but that happens a few times a minute (I counted 42 in ten minutes just now).

I've heard that taking benedryl will reduce the symptoms, but benedryl puts me to sleep so I can't verify that (when I'm sleeping I really don't notice the symptoms  )

I've seen similar posts from other people getting off Cymbatla, some say that they get by without any withdrawal symptoms, others say that they have the symptoms years after getting off. I haven't had a Cymbalta for about 4 days now, and have the same level of symptoms that I get on my 36-hour cycle. Things kind of even out if I just look straight ahead, but I can start one of the brain-zaps by moving my eyes back and forth a few times. Oh yeah, and I've gained 8 pounds in the past 2 days, hope that doesn't continue I'm starting to get suicidal thoughts, but it's not anything that I would act on.

Some temporary symptom-easing techniques are to stay in consistent light (walking inside/outside, driving down a tree-lined street, etc will start a dizzy-spell), having caffeine during the day or not having my coffee when I wake up brings on the sweating, taking an allergy-sinus pill reduces the ringing ears and facial tingling (the pills I have are generic store brand, Acetaminophen 50mg, Chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg, Phenylephrine HCI 5mg).

I did make some progress with my doctor today, she said that she is no longer recommending Cymbalta based on my experience and what she has read here.
