This makes me want to scream..... I can't believe they are researching more reasons to put unsuspecting people on Cymbalta without any recognition of the effects of long term usage

I just love this line from that document

"CONCLUSIONS: Duloxetine appears to be a cost-effective post-first-line treatment for CLBP compared with all but generic NSAIDs."

 

Please note that they did not give any figures for the generic NSAIDS. Gee I wonder why......... it probably would cost less and they would really prefer to not tell you something like that when "promoting" a drug.

It's too bad that a note cannot be added to that kind of document saying that duloxetine (Crapalta) has not turned out to help nerve pain as well as Eli Lily reported.
