Hello, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good brand for the vitamin I should take.  If it helps I live in Canada and a lot of stuff isn't available here that is easily accessible in the United States.  I don't really want to take the zinc, magnesium, calcium, etc. separately but I honestly have no idea what is considered "high potency".  Is there a specific dosage I should look for to tell me that it meets the bill?

Thank you!

Hello

I'm here in Canada too I use the Centrum Strong or Forte. I found it to be the most complete and has the highest B vitamins.

You should be able to pick it up at any pharmacy and most of the big chain grocery stores or even Walmart if you have one of those around.

Take care

Hi

I live in Canada too, Naturopathic Doctor told me how B complex is important for our nervous system I am taking a multi B (Genestra brands) and most B's in this one go from 50-150mg, there is also Biotin, choline and inositol in it.  I have been taking it for years and you can never have too much B vitamin it is water soluble...It's a bit expensive though.  I have also started juicing a lot of veggies lately, it gives the body lots of vitamins and minerals...

Take care :-)
