Hi my name is Lynn and ive just joined and I'm sooooo relieved I've found you! Been off Cymbalta 60mgs almost a week.

It sort of happened as an accident. My doctor swapped me over to Reboxetine and told me to finish the rest of my Cymbalta, then have 2 days off, then start the new meds, but after 3 days off I felt so rotten with upset stomach, shakes, high anxiety I was too scared to start the Reboxetine. That's how it's stayed, med free for nearly a week and I feel like, well I'm sure you know the feelings.

I just hope the withdrawals doesn't last too long.

There's lots to read here so hopefully I'll learn something new, and maybe I might be able to help someone too.

1week and 1day Cymbalta free and I'm feeling a bit better. I'm surprised but happy about it.
I'm just hoping the really bad stuff I've read about is not creeping up behind me.

But, onwards and upwards.

Hope that whoever reads this is feeling or feels better soon.
