so i got my birth control taken out and that helped a ton with the migraines but now im like in this fogg and sometimes it feels like im gunna die or something like im so tired but i cant sleep and my mind is confused and lately ive been in this fogg like all i wanna do is lay down i dont want to do anything but it doesnt quite feel like a depression and i dont want to be stuck on medicine my whole life for this crap
