I have actually found a lawyer willing to help. He has sued Eli Lilly in the past and WON. He was in the zyprexa lawsuit. HE EVEN SAID LILLY IS A BAD COMPANY!The problem is he needs someone in New York New Jersey or the Philadelphia area to get the ball rolling and we need to get as many as we can that are willing to sue. If you want to help get this going please email me at christie.harris@comcast.net
What are going to sue for? Money? What about the problem of withdrawal and how it is downplayed. No small town lawyer can handle this type of case. It has to be a huge lawfirm and the media is going to play a major role. But I agree this needs us all to come together, decide what needs done, and be available to pursue. My name is Pam Ward, pamward36@hotmail.com, 513-254-6584.

Pam, I see your email and your phone # but I was not sure why you posted it. Are you on the medical side-effects of this drug or are you legal representation for people harmed by this drug. I agree, no small-town lawyer is going to be able to handle a class-action case against Eli Lilly. Let me know. I'm ready to fight the good fight. Thanks, KathyJ
