Hey friends..... SAMe... what the heck is it and is it safe and will it help w/ds????? Thismoment, fishinghat, I know ya'll know..... in laymans terms please! Found it on the Mayoclinic website and just curious if it will help with the aches, etc. etc. etc!!! Thanks!!!! I just don't wanna spend money on a lot of supplements that may or may not help or could even do harm!!! Ibuprofen, Omeprazol, and bp meds is it for me right now!!! clara :wacko:

I just looked at some general info on it and it said side effects can include anxiety, do not take with an ssri as it can cause seratonin syndrome and is often used to treat depression. I know some of the old timers on this site has actually used it. You might do a search and see what they say.
