Equuswoman, I am counting the days with you, you are in my thoughts!

Still in awe, 1 bead per day, what courage it takes to go as slow! Surely a Guinness record!

Bravo, you are quite a lady.

gail thank you for your kind words. A Guinness record ya think? Slow and steady one bead at a time.....

fishinghat ah it was you who was so patient with me to explain to me "more than once" the way to 'bead' count and I am forever grateful to you for that. You have a special place in my heart and always will. You are in my prayers as well, now & always!

What can I say. My friend, EW, who I hold dear in my heart like a close sister I never had (I had two brothers, explains the Cymbalta lol). You will always be in my prayers and I know God has a special place for you in heaven.

God Bless

It's a Guinness stout for me....the only kind of alcohol my body will tolerate now...and only in small amounts...but I intend to savor every little sip and offer it in your honor, EW!

Hehe...on a couple of occasions during the worst of my withdrawal, my body absolutely craved a Guinness stout....I sipped it warm, room temperature, over the course of the evening.... and I swear it helped....

Years and years ago I was in Ireland for summer school ....well, really an extended pub crawl....one of the signs I used to see in almost every pub was a picture of a pregnant woman contentedly sipping a Guinness ..... It had the caption "Guinness is good for you!"
