Sorry to annoy anybody by continuing to list my number of "days" but when I started to look for information on the net regarding Cymbalta withdrawal, it was a scary place for me. Man, I could not find anybody with a story that was not hellish.

My story has not been easy, but I am glad that I started this journey. I pretty much hit the bottom last week, but after a few days of crying, somehow everything looks lighter and brighter (not just from the snow outside my window either!)

I am not a fan of winter, SAD is part of my doctor's diagnosis. So yesterday when there was snowfall, usually I would have been extremely down, and I wasn't!!!!!

If there is anybody else out there who has made it past 60 days - please let me know that it is better! I certainly hope so and I am pulling for all of you who are at the beginning of this and send the best wishes that everybody gets through this as painless and gentle as possible.

Stay strong!
