The National Institute of Health has just released the results of a 25 million-dollar research study under a grant to Johns Hopkins. The new study has found that women who carry a little extra weight live longer than the men who mention it.

5 months on cymbalta, scary side effects, to get help and to return the favor if I can.

When I saw the title, I said to myself, OH NO NOT AGAIN BAD NEWS, you scared me for 10 seconds.

Let's face, not much positive for us having been on cymbalta, nothing, especially for 50 years old and on.

Read so many painful stories on here and offering others support while trying to heal myself from cymbalta and other antidepressents.

Essentially I am here for support and real information. On a journey away from this medication and towards a mindful, present state of being. My goal is to find courage, my hope to help someone along the way. Change.

I was ready for some bad news too. I didn't really want to check it out, but realized right away that you were just being yourself! I'm cool with that. So good to laugh!
