Just wanted to pass on something I have found that has helped me.  I have been experiencing nausea to the point tht I can't even keep down a glass of water, so I was kind of despairing that I would be able to ingest any traditional remedies.  I had read that ginger was a good treatment for nausea, so I thought I would give just smelling ginger a try.  I put 2-3 drops of ginger essential oil on a cotton ball and my nausea pretty much disappeared almost instantly.  I just put the cotton ball on the side table next to the chair I was sitting in so that I could continue to smell it, and it has helped to the point that I could even take ibuprofen for a toothache with a glass of water about half an hour laterr.  Haven't tried to eat anything yet though :)

Great Anna, I found nothing to soothe the nausea when it went on for quite a bit. Tried chewing on ginger, but, just the taste would make me puke, ginger ale helped a tiny bit.

But smeeling ginger essential oil is quite something!  maybe other people will try this, always opened to new suggestions.

Have never read or heard of this.

Thanks Anna!
